The United States Coast Guard has initiated a formal marine casualty investigation into the loss of the commercial fishing vessel LILY JEAN off Gloucester, Massachusetts. As this investigation moves forward, the Cook Inlet Harbor Safety Committee stands in solidarity with the affected families and the Gloucester fishing community.
